Yesterday was Queen Elizabeth's 80th Birthday. If you are lucky and the Queen likes you, she can still make you into a Duke, Baron, Earl, Lord or Knight of the realm. However, there appear to be at least one Aristocrat left in Virginia - the Earl of Real Estate. Given the deteriorating real estate market, the Earl can be either one of two things; a) very stupid or b) a brilliant realtor. Have you ever seen an ad for the "Prince of Plumbers"?
